DESIGN AND PLANNING
In this phase we turn the clients vision into a clear plan. We work side by side with the architect and designer to develop the homes layout, style, and specifications while establishing a clear and approximate budget and timeline. Permits, contracts, and intial paperwork is complete to begin the build process.
CONSTRUCTION
Once plans are approved, we can begin the build process. The site is prepared and foundation is poured, followed by framing the structure and installing the roofs, windows and exterior systems. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical are installed accordingly and the home is completed with interior finishes like flooring, cabinetry and trim. (Build process will vary).

In the final stage,

In the final stage, the home is carefully and meticulously inspected by us, and again with the homeowners to ensure quality and compliance. Landscaping, paint, and minor cosmetic issues are repaired and final details are completed. Once everything is approved you will be handed the keys to enjoy your new home.
