Our story is grounded in heritage, resilience, and the enduring values of family. Our roots trace back to Mexico, where our great-grandparents and late fathers lived as farmers, working the land and learning lessons that only generations of hard work can teach—patience, discipline, and pride in what you build with your own hands. Those values carried with our family as we later moved to Southern California and eventually settled along the border in El Paso, Texas. Through every chapter of that journey, the belief in building something lasting—something that stands as a testament to effort and care—has remained at the heart of who we are.
Since the 1990s, our family has been part of the construction industry, continuing that tradition of building with purpose, pride, and permanence. What began as a trade has grown into a legacy of experience, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way. At Castle Ranch Homes, we carry forward the values passed down through generations—integrity, hard work, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. OUR PRESIDENT.
Oscar Enciso-Ortiz was born and raised in sunny Southern California, the place where his passion for building began to take shape. His earliest experiences were of watching his father who was a carpenter, spend countless hours in the workshop. Patiently shaping and working the wood until something beautiful became of the labor. The patience, discipline, and an unwavering attention to detail became a part of him. He spent many years as a carpenter learning alongside him. as a young man he migrated to El Paso Texas, where he would continue his pursuit of knowledge and mentorship. Oscar spent a handful of years in the electrical field to deepen his technical understanding of residential construction. During that time, he took the lead on numerous projects and successfully completed the electrical work for hundreds of residences across the las cruces and El Paso area. he later went on to work with several prominent construction companies in the El Paso area, contributing to the construction of many multi-million-dollar homes throughout the Southwest region. Each project further strengthening his experience and reinforcing the level of professionalism required to build exceptional homes.
